A Wealth of Experience

Kim joined the Haws Falasco Group over 6 years ago with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. Starting as the practice manager, Kim was promoted in 2019 to the Branch Administrative Supervisor. In those roles she made a huge impact by refining our team’s service model to give clients the best service all while making us more efficient at doing so. In 2021 she earned her Vice President title by demonstrating her leadership skills and helping our clients meet their financial goals. She is the epitome of hard work, dedication and caring. Our team would not be what it is today without her.

Kim began her career in 2001 as an executive assistant to the president and vice president of Financial Network of America. Throughout her time there, Kim was exposed to the day-to-day operations of placing trades, administering 401(k) accounts, and analyzing existing client accounts.

In 2002, she began working at Warther Companies, Inc. as an investment analyst and financial advisor. Her responsibilities included managing wrap accounts, 401(k) options, annuities, and other investment vehicles. Over the years, Kim has learned how to successfully navigate through fast-paced environments to professionally deliver excellent service to clients. It was her focus on clients’ best interests combined with regularly achieving organizational goals that fueled her professional advancements. Kim holds her Series 6, 7, 66 and Insurance Licenses.
